Creativity, Checkov, & Coffeehouses: Finding Inspiration Amidst the Hubub.

Private Coaching 4
In our chaotic world, finding moments of inspiration can be a challenge and this is good news for those whose creativity flourishes amidst the chaos of everyday life. Despite the constant activity in his family home, Anton Chekhov, the renowned Russian playwright and master of the short story, managed to produce an extraordinary amount of work while sitting at his dining room table, surrounded by family members and boarders. Despite the continuous buzz of conversation and interruptions, he wrote 120 articles, stories, and sketches. What about you? In the midst of the chaos, do you thrive? Or strive to write anything? I’m no Anton Chekhov, but during Covid, I discovered I missed writing with the background noise from Starbucks. Finding creative flow is different for each of us. Where do you find inspiration? In the midst of the familiar chaos of your life? A friend sent me a link to Coffitivity.
Coffitivity recreates the ambient sounds of a cafe to boost your creativity and help you work better.

Five other places where you can turn up the background sounds are in this article:
